Accommodations
 
Forward stateroom has V-berth with filler piece, large hanging locker
and ensuite head with shower and vanity. Main salon has helm station to
starboard with door to starboard deck, dry bar with storage behind
followed by L-settee. Fixed yacht table has drop leaves. Galley is
portside forward followed by door to port deck. Aft of door is Fab-all
diesel fireplace/furnace in blue tile surround. Master stateroom is aft
with island berth. The head and vanity are to starboard forward and the
shower is in a separate compartment to port. There is access to the aft
deck via a companionway hatch.
 
Galley
 
Galley has propane Princess 3 burner range with oven, holding plate
refrigeration, microwave oven, pressure water system and substantial
storage.
 
Electronics
 
Electronics include 2 - 4" compasses, Icom 100 VHF and Icom 55 VHF,
Signet 273 depth sounder, Lowrance LC X-15 colour GPS plotter and
Micrologic Loran.
 
Electrical
 
110VAC is supplied by dockside electrical cable or Northern Lights 4.5
Kw generator 665 hours. There is an automatic battery charger.
 
 Deck
 
Ground tackle consists of Bruce anchor and 250' chain controlled by
Lofrans electric anchor winch. A spare anchor is included. There is a
Bimini top, bridge canvas aft stateroom companionway and guard rail
canvas There is a fresh water washdown system, swim platform, fenders
and lines. 12' Horizon dinghy with 9.9 HP Tohatsu outboard motor on a
Seawise davit system. Note mast raising and lowering tackle for
boathouse access.
 
Mechanical
 
Main engine is Cummins 6BT5.9 210 HP diesel with approximately 2696
hours. There are 2 automatic bilge pumps and one manual bilge
pump.Engine alarm system and Racor fuel filters. The machinery space
shows a very high level of maintenance, as does the entire boat. The
Fab-all heating system is ducted to both forward and aft staterooms thus
